I got recovered to your garage on Christmas eve, to be sold a tyre that you couldn't fit because of no locking nut tool. Now I understand that it's Christmas eve, although there are plenty of methods that you could of done as all your staff pretended i wasn't there. They are all highly rude and obnoxious, or just incapable of performing tasks any mechanic should know how to do. This would of took 15 minutes to get that off, to be sold a tyre and the doors closed on me with my car sitting with one of its tyres blew completely is a joke. Never mind the fact that I was 250 miles from home!! I do demand a follow up ok this and welcome a phone call of you can spare the time. I am not amused at all with the service provided, bearing in mind all your staff pretended I wasn't there until 3:30 - 3:45. Regardless of your negative impact on today I am home thanks to a local unnamed garage who actually cares and takes it's customer services seriously.
