I had originally had some issues with some Dalvey pocket watches that I had purchased from a local vendor in Brisbane. Eventually I contacted Dalvey directly to let them know of the issues and concerns that I had experienced. The company have responded to my concerns very quickly, and to date have shown a high level of commitment in trying to rectify this situation for me, and in their duty of care to me as a customer.
Producer of high quality leather goods and mens furnishings. Their small factory outlet is well worth a visit and we found several outstanding bargains during our visit. If you can find their products in a retail setting the items are priced much higher than you will find at this factory store.
